JUNIOR MID-WEEK COACHING PROGRAM
Mid-week coaching is available
to registered athletes in the under 7 to under 17 age groups at
Dunbar Park on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4.30pm. to 5.30pm at
no additional cost. It is here that athletes can learn from qualified
coaches the skills and techniques of track and field events as well as
participating in a general fitness program. These sessions are not
compulsory and athletes may come as often as they wish. Please read the
notice boards for further information.
The following program is subject to availability of coaches, so
please take time to read the notice board and newsletter for information
about coaching times and days.

Our coaches are all qualified Level 1 coaches. Any assistance parents may
wish to offer at training sessions to assist the coaches would be greatly
appreciated.
